1. GENERAL

1.1 Before using our website, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By registering a Player Account with the website You confirm Your consent with the Terms and Conditions.

1.2 These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to the usage of crazywin.ph (“Casino”) through related enabling internet, mobile or other platforms by You (“You” or “Player”).

1.3 These T&C constitute a binding agreement between You and the Casino.

1.4 By using and/or visiting any section of the website crazywin.ph; or by opening an account on the website, You agree to be bound by: Terms and Conditions; Privacy Policy; Responsible Gaming, FAQ, and Any game rules.

1.5 These T&C come into force as soon as You tick the “I accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy” button. By doing so You agree to be bound by these T&C and accept them.

1.6 The website www.crazywin.ph ("Casino", "Website", “Company”, "We", "Us", "Our") is owned and operated by Breddas, Inc. a company registered and established under the laws of Republic of Philippines, with Accreditation No. 21-009, registration number CS201318165 and registered address Building 19B Berthaphil 1 CPD J, Abad Santos Ave, Clark Freeport Zone, Barangay Maragot, Angeles City, Pampanga.

2. WHO CAN PLAY

2.1 The Casino ONLY accepts players located in the Philippines.

2.2 The Casino accepts strictly adult players (the minimum age is 21).

2.3 The Company reserves the right to ask for the proof of age from the player and limit access to the Website or suspend the Player Account to those players who fail to meet this requirement.

2.4 Playing in open and public places is strictly prohibited.

3. FEES AND TAXES

3.1 You are fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to Your winnings according to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

4. GAME RULES

4.1 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, You confirm that You know and understand the rules of the games offered on the Website. It is at Your discretion to familiarise Yourself with the theoretical payout percentage of each game.

5. USE OF PLAYER ACCOUNT

5.1 PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY

5.1.1 Player fully understands the provisions contained in this Agreement and is obliged to comply with them.

5.1.2 Player ensures that their age is 21 or older.

5.1.3 Player acknowledges that their details in the personal account of the Casino are correct.

5.1.4 Player acknowledges that they have only one active member account with the Casino.

5.1.5 Player is obliged not to disclose the login details of a member account to third parties and not to allow the third parties to gamble at the Casino through their member account.

5.1.6 Players confirm that they are not:

  • (a) Public officials, which includes elective and appointive officials and employees, permanent or temporary, whether in the career or non-career service, whether or not they receive compensation, regardless of amount;
  • (b) Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, including the Army, Navy, Air Force or Philippine National Police;
  • (c) Persons under 21 years of age or students of any school, college or university in the Philippines;
  • (d) PAGCOR officials and employees;
  • (e) Gaming site Operators and employees;
  • (f) Unregistered players;
  • (g) Banned individuals;
  • (h) Spouse, common-law partner, children, parents of officials and persons mentioned in items (a), (b), and (d) above.

5.1.7 Players acknowledge that they do not use the funds of third parties to replenish the Casino account. Usage of any joint bank accounts or joint credit/debit cards shared by two or more individuals are not allowed in the aim to replenish the Casino account.

5.2 REGISTRATION AND OPENING OF YOUR MEMBER ACCOUNT

5.2.1 Each player is allowed to create only one (1) personal account. Creating multiple Player Accounts by a single player can lead to termination of all such accounts and cancellation of all payouts to the player.

5.2.2 Only one account under the same IP, device, number, address, ID, and bank account is allowed. Creating multiple Player Accounts through the sharing of the “same information”, and shared betting behavior, will result in the forfeiture of all funds in the Player Accounts.

5.2.3 The account holder shall not allow any other individual, including any minor, to use or reuse their Crazywin Account, access and/or use any material or information from the Website.

5.2.4 The account holder must not sell, transfer, or acquire accounts from other players, nor transfer their account to others. Funds cannot be transferred between Crazywin accounts.

5.2.5 The account holder’s name must be true, legal, and consistent with the Proof of Identity submitted. Additionally, the account name must match the name on the E-Wallet or any type of payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.

5.2.6 The account holder is not allowed to access the website through the use of a proxy server or any tool that interferes with the IP address of the device being used, or to take any measure that will prevent Crazywin from identifying the correct IP address of the device being used to access the website.

5.2.7 The account holder agrees to the application of the above general terms and acknowledges that, should any suspicious or violative behavior be detected, Crazywin reserves the right to report to the relevant authorities without prior notice or explanation, and/or forfeit all funds in the Player Account. Such decision shall be final, binding and not subject to appeal.

5.3 KYC POLICY

5.3.1 All players are required to complete a full KYC verification process. This process includes providing the following information:

Full name, date of birth, and contact information.

A valid government-issued ID and a selfie holding the ID or any other approved method of verification

5.3.2 The KYC process must be completed either before the player’s first withdrawal or cash-out request or within three (3) days of registration, whichever comes first.

5.3.3 Failure to complete the KYC process within this timeframe will result in the suspension of the account until verification is completed. Non-eligible players may face forfeiture of funds, with such funds transferred in favor of the Government. Refund requests may be considered subject to government approval.

6. INACTIVE ACCOUNTS

6.1 An inactive (dormant) account is a Player Account which a player has not logged into or logged out of for twelve (12) consecutive months.

7. COMPLAINTS

7.1 You are free to contact our Customer Support team via LiveChat available 24/7 or email [email protected] according to the instructions found on the Website to give us any complaints regarding our services.

7.2 If You have a problem, You have to describe it in detail as much as possible to speed up its resolution.

7.3 In the event of a dispute, You agree that the results stored on the server are the final proof and cannot be challenged.

7.4 In the event of any dispute, You agree that the server logs and records shall act as the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim. You agree that in the unlikely event of a disagreement between the result that appears on Your screen and the game server, the result that was logged on the game server will prevail, and You acknowledge and agree that our records will be the final authority in determining the terms and circumstances of Your participation in the relevant online gaming activity and the results of this participation.

8. SUSPENSION / CANCELLATION OF PLAYER’S ACCOUNT

8.1 Any violation in the above terms of use may lead to the suspension/cancellation of a player’s account, at the sole discretion of the Casino.

8.2 If a player's account is suspended or terminated for using fake accounts or any other violation of our terms of service, any remaining balance will be forfeited in favor of the Government.

8.3 Accounts will be considered inactive and may be subject to suspension or deletion if unused for a continuous period of 30 days.

9. DEPOSITS

9.1 Initial Deposit – Players shall post an initial deposit in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (P1,000.00). The initial deposit requirement shall be maintained for thirty (30) days after which the Player may utilize the same at will.

10. WITHDRAWALS

10.1 The player's account will automatically be debited upon submission of a cash out request. It is the player's responsibility to claim his withdrawal for over-the-counter payments or monitor that his withdrawal amount has been completely credited to his account for bank transfers or e-wallet cash outs.

10.2 Players should be aware that there is a minimum processing period of 3 days for the release of withdrawn funds, specifically for Jackpot Amounts and Large Sums of Prizes. This period is necessary for thorough verification and security measures. Players will receive notifications about their withdrawal status and any updates, with possible extensions in exceptional circumstances.

10.3 Any withdrawal exceeding a certain threshold will be subject to a manual review process to ensure the transaction complies with the platform’s security and regulatory standards. This review may involve additional verification steps, such as confirming the player’s identity, transaction history, or source of funds. Players will be notified of the status of their withdrawal and may experience a longer processing time for amounts above this threshold due to the thorough verification required.
